![]() But again, I'm not sure that's going to resolve your issue. This article shows the file path for Adobe Application Manager (AAM). Shutter Encoder (donation-ware) is the first thing I would try to transcode the original source clips. From there, attempt to reconnect to a modernized version of the source clips. I'm thinking that if you cannot install the missing drivers you'll want to get past the error message and hopefully open the Sequence with all of the media offline (that is, view the Sequence with the clips not linked). Works with 4k RX100 vii, ZV-1 XAVC better than old AVCHD. I am using Windows 10 with i7 4790k, 32GB RAM, SSDs, GTX 970, and it is working fine. It doesnt seem to need Compatability Mode. I have Premiere CS6 along with CC20 working on my Windows 10 Intel/Nvidia PC. Post screenshots like the ones shown here. It doesnt seem to need Compatability Mode. If you use MediaInfo (open source) to view one of the source clips used in the Premiere Pro project file that has the Sequence that cannot be opened, it may be possible to point you in a direction that gets you back to being able to use the Sequence by installing the missing drivers or by reconnecting to transcoded clips. For example, several formats that were supported by the QuickTime framework (deprecated by Apple back in 2013) could be unusable on a different computer running Premiere Pro CS6. CS6 has been all I need for my video productions over the years so I will continue to use Audacity for my regular voiceovers. While de-activating and re-activating Premiere Pro is a troubleshooting step, that will not resolve the issue if it's driver related. Once Adobe made Premiere subscription only, I realized, as a very aged pensioner, I would never be able to afford it. Specifically, the system drivers that allowed you to work with the media from the project that you are trying to open are not available. ![]() ![]() Re-reading your original post, it sounds like your installation of Premiere Pro CS6 is active but the project file that you are opening uses a video CODEC that is not supported on your newer computer. ![]()
